Earn Points

To participate in the points program, you must be a Registered Customer.

Under "Account", register with your email and a personal password for access. Then log in with your email and password so the system can recognize you as a member.

Finally, you can proceed to place an online order, where the corresponding points are recorded. Through your account, you can view your order history and the total available points.

How do I earn points?

For every €1 spent, you earn 10 points. These accumulate from your purchases and once you reach 2,000 points, you can redeem 2,000 points on a subsequent order, which deducts €1 from the total payment amount.

Additionally, 100 points are credited when you create your account, as well as on your birthday, as a loyalty reward.

How do I redeem points?

Once you have successfully logged in, you can view your points balance in the "Loyalty Program" section of your account. If your points total 2,000 or more, you can select the "Redeem" option and you will receive a discount code for your next order.

Important:

Redemption is only available to members. To see the redemption option, the total of the order being placed must exceed the total amount (in euros) that a user has accumulated from their purchases. The total points from each order are displayed in your account after the order is shipped.
