In each professional's profile, there is a payment field next to the booking field.

When you select the payment field, you are redirected to a secure banking environment (the professional's account) where you can make your payment by card.

Because the services are not provided directly by us but by a professional partner, the payment must be made to the professional.

As a result, ALTERhubs is not responsible for issuing the relevant service receipt, but the professional is.

During the process of booking an appointment with a health professional, your local time zone is applied, that is, the time zone of your area. This is also clear during the booking process itself, where you can see on the panel which time zone you are in.
