1. Shipping Time and Process
We partner with reliable courier companies to ensure the safe and smooth delivery of your order. Upon completing your purchase, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your parcel's progress.
Products are delivered within 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch. (Your order leaves our premises no later than the next business day).
2. Delivery Methods and Costs
Discounted Shipping
- For orders between 65.00€ and 98.99€: Cost 6.90€
- For orders of 99.00€ and above: Free Shipping
- (For orders under 65.00€, the cost is calculated automatically at checkout).
* Note: To maintain free or discounted shipping costs, the choice of courier is made at our company's sole discretion, while always ensuring the safety of your order.
Shipping via DHL Express
The shipping cost for the DHL service is calculated automatically at checkout. The calculation is based on volumetric weight (kilograms and dimensions), the destination, and DHL's applicable monthly fuel surcharge.
Full Delivery Control: DHL On Demand Delivery (ODD)
With DHL's free On Demand Delivery service, you have absolute control over your delivery, tailoring it to your own schedule. The process is simple:
- You receive an informational message (SMS / Email) with a special link.
- You follow the link to the ODD platform.
- You select the method, time, and location that suits you best for receiving your parcel.
Available options include:
- Delivery without signature to a safe place (Leave in a Safe Place).
- Change of delivery date.
- Delivery to an authorized neighbor.
- Collection from a service point (DHL Service Point) or an automated locker (Locker).
- Delivery to an alternative address.
- Vacation hold for your delivery (up to 30 days).
3. Payment Methods
Order dispatch begins once payment has been completed and confirmed. We offer the following completely secure payment methods:
- Credit / Debit Card: Through the secure environment of Shopify Payments or Revolut.
- Digital Wallets: Apple Pay and Google Pay.
- Revolut Account: Direct payment via the app.
- Instant Payment System: Real-time interbank transfer.
Important clarification: Our store does not support cash on delivery (payment to the courier), nor installment purchases.
