Refund policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied, you have the option to return the products by following the policy below, which is fully compliant with European and Greek consumer protection legislation.

Basic Refund Rule: All refunds are processed using the same payment method as the original transaction. If this is not technically feasible, the refund will be made (upon agreement) via bank transfer to your account, without any additional charges to you. A prerequisite for any return is the presentation of the retail receipt or invoice.

1. Change of Mind (Right of Withdrawal)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase and return the product within 14 calendar days from the day you received it, without needing to provide a reason.

Conditions for Withdrawal:

  • The product must be returned in its original, perfect condition, with all its accessories.
  • Returns of opened packaging are not accepted, nor are products that have been unsealed (for health and hygiene reasons).
  • Products that perish quickly or are custom-made to your specifications (personalized) are also exempt.
  • In this case, the consumer bears the direct cost of returning (shipping) the products.

Provided the conditions are met, we will refund the total amount of your order no later than 14 days from the day we receive the products back at our facilities.

2. Defective Products or Incorrect Order

In the rare event that you receive a product that is defective or different from what you ordered, our Company assumes full responsibility.

  • The return and reshipping costs are borne exclusively by us.
  • As soon as we receive and inspect the defective product, we will contact you to proceed immediately with a replacement or a full refund.
  • Alternatively, if you prefer, we can credit the amount (in the form of a discount voucher) for you to use on a future purchase.

3. Return Process (Step-by-Step)

For a smooth and fast process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact: Before taking any action, please contact us (via email or phone) mentioning your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Packaging: Pack the product securely in the box you received it in (or another sturdy box), enclosing the proof of purchase inside.
  3. Shipping: Hand over the parcel to the courier company. (Reminder: If it is a change of mind, you cover the costs and choose the courier you prefer. If it is defective, we will provide you with instructions for a free return).

4. Order Cancellation

If you have placed an order and wish to cancel it, please contact us immediately (by phone during business hours or by email). If your order has not yet been handed over to the courier company, we will cancel it immediately and refund your money. If it has already been shipped, the return process (Withdrawal) must be followed.

5. Important Notes

  • If the legal procedure is not followed or the conditions are not met (e.g., torn packaging, used product), the return will not be accepted. The product will be returned to the consumer at their own shipping expense.
  • In the event of repeated returns that suggest an abusive exercise of the right of withdrawal, the Company reserves the right to refuse further orders or returns.
  • The Company reserves the right to amend this policy by posting the new terms on its website.
