PREPARATION METHOD
Empty the contents of the sachet into a bowl. Add 250ml of boiling water, salt to taste, and a little olive oil. Mix well and let the mixture rest for 10 minutes, covered with a towel. Form 6 large uniform burgers and place them in a frying pan or in the oven/air fryer. Fry for 1-2 minutes per side in hot oil or 14-16 minutes in the oven/air fryer (add 1 tablespoon of olive oil for baking in the oven/air fryer).
