1. General Rules and Modifications
This website is intended exclusively for adults (over 18 years old). It is forbidden to use it for illegal purposes or in a way that causes damage to our systems or to third parties.
"ALTERhubs" reserves the right to unilaterally modify these terms by updating this text. Any changes do not affect orders already placed before the modification.
2. Orders and Contract Conclusion
The presentation of products on the website constitutes an invitation for you to submit a purchase offer. Your order is considered a binding offer.
The sales contract is considered concluded only when you receive our shipping confirmation email (and not the initial automated order receipt email). We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of obvious typographical errors in price, lack of stock, or force majeure, promptly refunding in full any amounts paid.
3. Legal Guarantee and Right of Withdrawal
Legal Guarantee: "ALTERhubs" is liable for actual defects and lack of agreed properties of the products, in accordance with consumer protection regulations.
Right of Withdrawal: As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product. For the conditions, exceptions, and procedure, please consult the detailed Returns & Withdrawal Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
4. Information Accuracy & Availability
We make every effort to accurately depict and describe the products (which are often based on manufacturer data). However, minor discrepancies may occur. "ALTERhubs" does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of products but guarantees the timely notification of consumers regarding their unavailability.
5. Personal Data (GDPR)
The protection of your personal data is our priority. The collection and processing of your details, as well as the dispatch of newsletters, is carried out with absolute respect for the General Data Protection Regulation. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Intellectual Property and User Content
The design, texts, graphics, and logo of "ALTER HUBS" are the intellectual property of the business and are protected by Greek and European legislation. Unauthorized copying or use is prohibited.
If you submit comments, reviews, or suggestions, you grant us the right to use them. We reserve the right to remove user content that is deemed abusive, defamatory, offensive, or illegal.
7. Limitation of Liability
"ALTERhubs" is fully liable for intent and gross negligence. Conversely, it is not liable for side effects, damages, or injuries resulting from improper use of the products by the user, or from omissions and errors of their manufacturers.
We are not liable for any technical problems that users may experience when accessing the website, nor for the content of external links (third-party links) that may exist on our page.
8. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by Greek Law. Any dispute arising from our transactions shall be resolved amicably as a priority. In the event that the dispute cannot be resolved out of court between us, as a consumer you have the right to address the Independent Authority "Consumer Ombudsman" as a certified Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body. If you are a consumer based in another Member State of the European Union, you can contact the European Consumer Centre of your country for support.
